What will you need for this project?
-A whole, fresh organic celery stock.
-A throwaway container.
-Toothpicks (if you don't want your celery stock head to sit at bottom of water).
-water
-Prepare where you'll want to plant (in ground or pottery) when your celery stock head is ready (which is when roots begin to grow).
Steps
-Cut head of celery stock and place in container
-Fill the container with enough water to cover the bottom, about 1/8 - 1/4 of celery stock head
-Be sure to keep a daily eye on your celery stock head, and add water as needed
-If using toothpicks, use on four sides on the bottom of celery head
