Falling in love is an unpredictable and unexpected event. When your heart is swept away, and for one reason or another that love breaks up with you, then you may fall into depression.
That breakup could have been your ex’s choice, or your ex could have been persuaded by someone. Sometimes the family of your love doesn’t approve, his or her parents may believe that you are not worthy of their child. Especially if you are young, parents could argue that they do not believe you are going to live a good life. Parents only want the best for their children, and they wouldn’t want their child to have a hard life with someone who doesn’t have a job or who is not even in school.
Whatever the reason, it seems that many choose to prove those accusations true. They mess up their lives by drinking or doing drugs, they harm themselves or others, they waste away their lives.
Instead, you should go out to prove that you will do good in life. Get and keep a job, rent and maintain a place of your own, live a positive lifestyle, and impact your surroundings positively.
Make something of your life whether you get the love of your life or not. Maybe that love will return to you, or maybe, just maybe you’ll discover that you may have lost your first love so that you could find your soulmate.
